The Queen Charlotte Grey Experience: A Regency Tea & Cookie Affair

$75.00

Dearest Gentle Reader,

It has come to this author’s attention that the social season in Charlotte is about to become considerably sweeter!

Join The Planted Tea Co. and House of Madison Dessert Boutique for an enchanting Regency-inspired afternoon celebrating the debut of Queen Charlotte Grey — a refined Earl Grey blend and nod to our beloved Queen City's namesake.

Guests shall begin the afternoon with a guided tea crafting experience led by The Planted Tea Co., where you will explore the notes, aromas, and artistry behind their latest signature blend while creating your own custom up with curated accoutrements. If you've never indulged in one of The Planted Tea Co.'s hand crafted, organic wellness teas, you're in for a treat. This isn't your ordinary Earl Grey - it's a hug in a cup!

The affair will continue with an elegant biscuit decorating workshop (or cookie decorating workshop for those of you on the other side of the pond) led by House of Madison Dessert Boutique. You'll receive all the "tea" on decorating techniques with royal icing and a variety of other edible enhancements to recreate this charming cookie set. No prior decorating experience is required — only a fondness for beautiful things and perhaps a touch of gossip.

Regency attire is welcome. Seats are limited, and as any member of society knows, the most coveted invitations rarely remain available for long.Ages 12+; Children under 16 must attend with an adult also registered in the class.

Date & Time: Sunday June 7, 2026 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Location: The Brown Sugar Collab - CHARLOTTE LOCATION. 417 S Cecil Street; Charlotte, NC 28204
