Lead Time:

Due to high demand, we advise placing custom cake and cookie orders at least 4 weeks in advance. Wedding orders should be placed at least 6-8 months in advance and require an in-person or virtual consultation.

Tastings:

We offer scheduled tastings or tasting kits for weddings and other large events (100+ guests) for $30. The tasting fee includes samples of 3 cake, 3 icing and 3 filling options for up to 2 individuals.

Delivery:

Delivery service is available in the Charlotte Metro area for a flat fee of $12.00. Deliveries to areas outside the Metro area are subject to additional fees, if we can accommodate the delivery. Wedding delivery fees are assessed separately.

Note: Delivery service is required for cakes that are 2-tiers or taller unless the client chooses to accept responsibility for any damage incurred during their own transport of the cake.

Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of quote acceptance to book your order. The remaining balance is due at pick up or delivery. Cookie orders that are being shipped must be paid in full at the time of booking. Note: short lead-time orders being placed within 2 weeks of your event date must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
